We simplified the window brand selection process by choosing to primarily offer two of our personal favorite brands. They were chosen based on customer feedback, durability, cost, energy efficiency, warranty and our personal experience with the brand (not necessarily in that order). We do offer additional options, but Andersen® and Milgard® windows are our primary go-to window manufacturers, especially in the Texas Climate. They both offer new construction and residential window options. Jeld Wen and Simonton windows are other manufacturers we consider on a circumstantial basis. Plygem and Mi™ windows are often used for rental properties and fixer upper properties.
